Hi,

I want to send an email to multiple recipients but I don't want them to see each other's email address- I've read about the "Undisclosed Recipient" option but I'd rather leave the "To" field blank- I have seen this before-- how can I get this to work? Outlook 2003... Thanks!

You can't leave the TO field blank. Address it yourself and then Blind Carbon Copy everyone else. Simple.... done.

It is possible to leave the 'To' field blank...

Create a new mail in Outlook, click on the 'To' button and then select each recipient from the address book and click 'Bcc' to add them all to the blind copy list.

Your recipients will then all recieve a copy of the mail without knowing who else has.

I think this is what you are trying to achieve?

In fairness, that's what goombawaho suggested so I stand corrected.
