TO field and recipient list don't match

GW 6.0 (sp2) running on NetWare 5.1 sp7. Not sure how widespread the problem is yet but:

1) send a message to multiple internet e-mail addresses.
2) Open the message in sent items. Say 5 addresses listed in the TO field
3) Go to properties of the same sent item, the recipient list there only shows one address, not 5.

Can't find a specific reason or issue with the addresses themselves. Except this is a new user and she is typing the addresses directly into the to field (as oppose to a reply or selecting addresses from freq. contacts, etc).

Any suggestions or direction into where to look would be greatly appreciated.

Mystery solved. Problem between the keyboard and the chair.

The user was doing the Outlook style of adding multiple addresses in the TO: line. Putting semi-colon between addresses instead of hitting <Enter> key after each entry. It would show correctly in the TO: field (one address per line), but GroupWise was treating it as all one address.

Add insult to injury, the invalid addressing was being automatically added to her freq. contacts. So subsequent e-mails to freq. contacts was also not working properly.
