To email - Visual Voice Mail

Hi.

I have a system that is set up with the email feature for the voicemail. The all use 5340 sets, I now see that some sets are missing the feature to email.

the phones have the same COS and the forward to email feature is up and running. Both phones has similur setup of their voicemail boxes.

System is 3300 MXE
SW version 4.1 SP1

any out there that has any ideé for this? would like every set to have the option of to email

Have all the mailboxes been configured with the users email addresses?

Yes, they all have a working and proper email adress.
