To change .imr to IWR ( cognos 7 )

Hi Friends,
I just developed .imr Reports, some of them are having sub-reports and drill through also
Could pl tell me how to change imr Reports to IWR reports
(if posible give me the steps imr to iwr) I am using cognos7
