to allow a code area in option 61c

we have an option 61c
the switch don't allow us to dial 0538 even it's a local area
please help me to fix that problem
we have the OTM and the MAT to

you can use OTM if you have access to the ESN programming level

0538? This sounds outside of the USA. If you are outside of the USA, you will be on SPNs only. It could also be related to Code Restriction. I would almost defer this to a vendor, so you could watch them do it the way it is done in your area.

in morroco
mobile numbers start bu 06XXXXXX
and land lines start by 05

the switch accept all the nubers starting by 06 and 05
only 0537 is denied even if it's a normal line
