TNT/TAS 30sec Off-Hook Delay

I have a setup that has a Digital TAS connected directly to a T1 port on my TNT. Dialing in from a Modem through my TAS setup (which includes a Series II, Gemini, and Loop Emulator)...I connect successfully. However, when I try to disconnect...the TAS shows that my connection is still Off-Hook and the connection is still live between the TAS/TNT despite my modem already hanging up. Approx. 24-30 seconds later...the TAS finally goes On-Hook and then I can proceed to the next call.

Does anyone have any ideas? I guess it's a bit confusing.
