TNSLSNR.EXE Shutdown

I have been successfully running Personal Oracle and Developer 6 for a few weeks. I have a Win98 system and the tnslsnr file will shutdown automatically 3-5 seconds after it loads. I am listening on port=1521. It had been working but this is the second time. I had to remove and reinstall last time. Somebody please tell me there is an easier way!!! [sig][/sig]
