Is there a way for me to find out what TNs have not been used for a certain amount of time? I think I have a lot of them that the phone has just been unplugged and not actually taken out of the system.

Thanks in advance.

Just go to LD 20 and do a LDIS L S, L= loop S=shelf, it will print out any that have been unplugged

You will need to run LD 30 for it to disable TN's that don't have a phone plugged in. Unless LD 30 is in your midnight routine. But to your original question, NO, there is no way to see a TN that hasn't been used for 90 days.

If you are using CDR with Call Accounting you could run an abandoned ext or unused ext report. It's pretty standard in most call accounting systems.

The LD 30 thing only applies to digital sets also, not analog.

You can also run an inventory in ld 117

inv gen sets

wait for it to run/complete - it takes a while on a large system

then
inv prt sets -

it should show you something like this:
the first three in this list are connected sets - the next four are disconnected sets. it's like doing an idu on each tn.
