TNMSMTP & No valid recipients

I try to test a project to send e-mail. It is in examples in a folder Smtp (5th version of Builder).
TNMSMTP component is used.

IIS and SMTP have been installed in my home pc.
After starting the application connect to smtp was established but when i attempted to send a mail then i got
event 'Recipient not found' and error '554 5.5.2 No valid recepients'

what do you mean. you dont install smtp but you
may have a server.
