I have Telecom Management sales giving me so numbers for TNCI with Qwest LD. This sounds so third or four party deals and maybe not support. Anyone hear of these folks?

Well, Qwest is a LEC in some parts of the country. They also sell long distance and various data services.

TNCI is a reseller (the last I heard).

If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.
