I am encountering one announcement that is stuck repeating the last 3 words of the announcement over and over again. I have never heard of this before and don't know how to cure it (other than blowing it away and creating another one). Anyone experience this before or know how to fix it.

It sounds like it is corrupt. If you have done backups you can restore them and see if that clears up your problem.

I would delete it and re-record if that doesn't work then time to restore from backup.
