TN2602 HV24

Here is the problem.

CM 5.1

2 PN's

2 2602 1 hv 8 one hv 24
1 2302

The 2602 HV 24 only comes up with 2 DSP's Problem follows board. The HV 8 comes up with all for dsp channels.

If I leave the HV 24 Active it goes into alarm and locks out the board. Reseating the board is the only thing that will release it.

I have had to busy out the board and use a 2302 to keep the voice channels working.

I have doubled the udp ports in the network region. I got a replacement board still HV 24 and the problem is still there.

ANY IDEAS.

Have you tried upgrading the firmware? Current FW for the TN 2602 is FW046 for CM 5.1.2

I have upgraded firmware and down graded firmware. the problem seems to stick to the hv 24.
