DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A VENDOR THAT CAN REPAIR THESE CARDS? I GOT ONE BACK FROM A CUSTOMER, BUT THE WARRANTY FROM THE ORIGINAL VENDOR IS UP. THIS WAS A DROP SHIPMENT AND I DON'T HAVE THE ABILITY TO EVEN TEST THIS CARD. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP????

Let me know too. I bought one that appears to have problems with MEDPROPT's 5-8. Ports 1-4 pass all tests but 5-8 all look like this:
01B0108 MEDPROPT 1382 PASS
01B0108 MEDPROPT 1380 Fail 5
01B0108 MEDPROPT 1407 ABORT 1

I use to work in the AVAya factory where they repaired boards and they only repaired boards under maintenance. Now the factory has been sold to Celestica, so maybe they will repair a board, or do some kind of change-out. I don't know how to get in contact with them though. The factory use to be on 120th in the denver metro area, but that has been closed and work is being done in Ft. Collins, Colorado by Celestica.

orypecos,
I called Celestica, and talked to someonr in the Ft. Collins facility and he said they did no repairs there. He said he didn't think that Celestro did any repairs but wound up transferring me into someones voicemail. I left a message but would be very surprised to get a reply.
-thanks for the info though.
-anybody else have any ideas?

Got a reply but it was that they do not do repairs.
Any other leads?

Are there any obvious burnt or blown up components or wiring traces on the board?

I will ask a friend that works for Avaya R&D, maybe he will know.
