TN ports disable when exiting MM

On 1 of our Option 11s that is running a mini carrier remote
it has started to occasionally disable ports on a DLC when you exit a Meridian Mail session. The card slot is not always the same but it is always a card in the remote cabinet. An enlu or enlc always fixes the problem but finding the ports it took out or forgetting to check gets a bit annoying. Any one run across this before? I don't think
it is a patch issue as 2 of the other 11Cs are running MCRs
without doing this.
