TN 568 Slim Audix Pinout

Can anyone tell me where I can get the pinout for a TN568 board?
I can't locate a tail piece that has the connectors on it (Octopus cable?), but if I can find the pinout I'll build one on a 66 block and make a connector. I have searched here and read the fac's and didn't find anything.

No it didn't. I had seen that one before when I was beating up the Avaya site, but the 568 is never listed.
It does show the pinouts for many cards and is a good reference.
I think the cable I'm trying to emulate is called XXX 300, but even that info has been impossible to dig out.
I have a tail piece for a Prologix that I'm going to try today and see if maybe the pinout is the same for the admin terminal on my 568.
