TMPL files in AccessManager

Several macros are added in TMPL files.

UTML files also have several tags which refer to macros (in the comment part of utml

Example a macro ERROR_MESSAGE

We want to edit this macro. We searched the entire cognos
foder but could not get the macro. How to edit this macro??
