TMP Files in \WINNT on server

I have recently upgraded my crystal server to version 8. since then i have .tmp files apearing in the c:\winnt directory. these are fulling up my c: drive. I have checked crystal Reports web component server and cannot find any mapping to c:\winnt. the cache is set to another directory with a limit of 5mb. can anyone tell me why crystal is creating .tmp files in winnt folder and how to change.

If you are using NT4 it maybe due to missing system environment variables. Use Control panel/system/environment tab to check/add TEMP and TMP System variables as per the User values.
