Hi,

I have a question about using tmflogo.exe to upload a bitmap image to both TM-U220 and TM-T88IV printers.

tmflogo.exe - under the setup tab, port is needed to be selected : com1 - com9. However, my U220 and T88IV are connected to PC via parallel interface not serial. Any suggestion to make it work ?

yes, you have to select the printer that has the P at the end of it. So in the Device Name drop down box look for these printers.

TM-T88IVP

For the U220, you will need to know the actual model number since they have an A version, a B version and a D version. Look on the label. But with that said, it will be one of these.

TM-U220AP
TM-U220BP
TM-U220DP

The P is for parallel interfaced printers.
