I have a CS-1000s, A PRI went down for a few minutes, then came back up.

The TMDI card did not recognize the circuit after it came back up. A technician had to come to re-load the card.

Does that make sense? Is something not set right?

TMDI's for me at least are sort of funny. I have seen some that come back up fine on their own, and then others that required a FDL. Next time, try bringing it back up, it if doesn't play nice dis, then enl fdl tmdi x

Check that the system is properly grounded. Weird stuff like that is very often related to bad/improper grounding.

TMDIs can be finicky, especially if the T1 signal is lost. As pbxn says, sometimes you have to go into LD 60, disable the card, then go into LD 96 and DIS TMDI x and ENL TMDI x FDL. You can also try to reset the card with a RST TMDI x, but I have not always found that to work.

I have found the TMDIs to be much more stable under 4.5 than 25.xx.
