TM3 Validation Error 2

I am trying to update an M3904 with TM3 and when I get the following validation error: Validation Errors:
* Field: TENA
Description: Only TEND,TENA may be entered in this field.
Severity: Error

I checked other phones in my system and they all get the same error when I validate them without any changes. What is this feature for and is it something that I should allow?

That is for Tenant service. If you don't use tenant service, leave it or set it to TEND.

Might be entirely wrong with this, but we had exactly the same problem when we had problems with the Service updates and patches, just check all these are installed.

I have no idea what the Tenant Service is used for and have been unable to find documentation with a discription.
