Have you used the TM-U295 Flat Slip Printer? I have a French Restaurant with 17 location in Europe coming to LA, and they want to use this printer?

TM-U295 Printer with Aloha POS?

Just use the Tm80 driver in Aloha. As long as dip switches are set correct you should not have issue. I have used many flavors of the Epson thermal printers and the Tm80 in Aloha has always worked. Same goes for the impact printers, use the Epson U200 in Aloha for most flavors of Epson Impact.
Where in Los Angeles, I have many clients all over the city? I can recommend some great low voltage, Security Cams, Sound system, phones and a host of others who I have worked with and would recommend.
