TM - U220 Double spaced printing Aloha

Howdy all. I've got a TM - U220b that is printing double spaced lines. I've checked my dips, and just about every CFC setting I can think of. (Store Settings -> Chits double height, large font, etc)
Is there an .ini setting that would affect the printer spacing? Anybody know of any TM - U settings to print the double spaced?

was the old printer printing normal? Look in the newdata folder for different .cfg files. you may find something there. Lastly, how are you printing? OPOS, Serial, APD or network?

Does it test print double? If you swap it with a printer that is printing normal size, does it print large?

New site so I can only compare to my other store settings. Unfortunately, they didn't get a backup printer so to swap it out I'll need to send them a new one.
Printer is opos. Test print doesn't print double which is why I doubt it's a printer setting. Text was double height till I unfledged in cfc.

Ross, you know the printer config files off the top of your head?
If I can't figure it out tonight I'll pull over another sites settings to confirm if it's aloha or the printer. I'll add an example print log tonight as well.

I had them swap out the impact printer with a thermal and it is not printing double so I'm back to thinking it's a printer setting.
Dips are the same as my other stores so I'm really at a loss. Guess I'll send them a new one.
