TM Reporting

We have TM 3.0 with reporting. I am being asked more and more to run reports for managers, many on a daily basis. Currently we do this at the console and email the reports to the managers. Is it possible to set up TM to allow these indiviuals to run there own reports via the web or by some other means?

I assume that your talking about Telecomm Billing System reports. If my assumption is correct, there is a TBS Web Reporting package available for extra $$$. I don't know how much extra, but I'd bet that it's significant.
If you're interested, call your distributor and ask about it. Essentially, you can establish reporting hierarchies in the employee directory and you can get real granular with TBS reports via the web interface.

TBS reporting is for anyone you want to allow to run there own reports. You do not have to pay any extra you just have to give permissions and setup the TM to allow access only for what you want them to see.

I'm not positive, but I believe that TBS Web Reporting is only included if you have the Premium Billing package. If you have the General Billing package, then I don't believe that you'll get this dog to hunt.
To check to see what version that you have, go to the TM Server's Navigator window and click on Help > About TM Keycode. In the middle section, it should indicate whether your Billing Package is General or Premium.
If you find that you do have the Premium, then DJ4020 is correct in that you will have to read up on what permissions and setup is required in order to authorize individuals to pull reports for themselves or their direct reports.

Jephph I believe you may be correct I looked at my TM Billing Package and find it is enhanced. Checked documentation but only see referenced General or Enhanced. Cannot find anything that defines what is allowed per either classification. Love NTP's.

Yes sir - It is the General billing package. Getting a quote for the premium upgrade......I think this one's going to hurt the wallet a bit.
