Hi, I have the billing software and the Consolidated Reports package with OTM 2.2. It was working fine, I was using a filter to get a specific month and to look for total charges to pull long distance.
Then- it just stopped working. Rebooting worked the first couple of times it puked, but then- that didn't work anymore (I would have to force a reboot because I couldn't shut all the windows and processes down).
What happens- is it acts like it is pulling a report, but then all that comes up is a sub-screen that is titled someting like TBS Report, but it is blank. It doesn't pull a report with no data found.
Anyone have this happen and then were able to fix it?
