TM Login and password issue....?

I have a problem where the logins and passwords for an option 11 mini work fine when dialling in remotely via a Modem but do not work when trying to access via a TM.

The TM is centrally based and serves numerous sites but none of the valid logins work when attempting to connect via this.

Any ideas?

try dialing into the PBX's from the TM machine and see if you can login manually using hyperterm or procomm. It may be that echo is turned on on your TM modem.

2nd are you using a fat client or web client. If using the fat client you do realize that you are actually using your com port on the local machine to communicate.

Sounds strange, but also try using all caps for your login and password. I've had TM machine's that had to be logged in this way.
