TM buffer application

I'm running TM 4.0 I'm connected to three PBX to draw CDR and Trunk data: One in the same building, and the other two at remote sites, connected across a VLAN. Having trouble with the buffer loosing connecion. If I reboot the TM server, then can re-establish the buffer connection. The two remote sites are Opt 11s and if that connection is down for more than an hour the SIM card will fill up and finally the PBX will INI. Looking for a buffer box for each of those sites to increase the buffer capacity, but that will not fix the connection instability.

Nortel used to provide a MDR 2000 buffer box for this application. You will need to find an refubishing dealer to find one now such as Black Box, Soltel, ect....
