TM 4.0 - System Navigator Screen

I am able to login and add phones to multiple sites but I cant see any of the sites in the Navigator screen nor Alarms in the system Alarm screen

I have installed J@SE Runtime Environment 5.0 update 2
but that doesn't do anything for me..

Yes i am new to this ...
Any suggestions??? Help

You need to login to the server and check the permissions of your user group.
