TM 4.0 Ext Detail Reports

When running the above report, not all of the employees are showing up in report as well as name changes. I've done a retrieve of CPND and reconcile.....?

I beleive its more to do with running CND and Billing SyncUp for Employee Editor

Thank you SL1M1. This was a two step upgrade from OTM 2.2. Don't I need to do something special with CND on TM 4.0? Thanks again.

Not sure on TM4, but I have TM3.2 which CND co-resides on the server. It has dependancies for Java JRE5.0 but it'll install it if selected from an option on the CND manager install/setup/install wizard

Is there an area, like Telcom Billing, Employees...you can look there.

Select TelecomBilling for that site / Edit / Employees to do manual updates
