TM 3 and CDR question

I have been tasked with comparing the reporting capabilities of TM 3 vs. Avotus Switchview. I am currently using Switchview so I have a good handle on what it can do but I'm lost in regard to TM 3.

I have a multi-site network, ESN, a call center that requires lots of reports etc.

I'm looking for feedback both pro and con from any current TM 3 users.

What things in particular should I be concerned about?

Any input you can provide would be appreciated.

TM can't handle callcenter repports. You can use CCMA as a part of CC6. In fact TM can't handle anything. For this application it's even to difficult to change a name on a phoneset when this set is in a huntgroup or is monitored with BFS.
So don't have high xpectation.

TM is your worst nightmare.
