TM 3.2 When adding phone it does not build all of the keys

When adding an IP phone in Telephony Manager 3.2 and I watch the window pop up, I can see it builds keys 0-11 but it skips the rest. The main key I need built is the MWK key. When I go to command line, I can add it just fine. This only seems to happen with one phone type.
I have tried updating system data, running Compact utility and rebooting the TM server. The TM is on latest service update 3.

I have never user Telephony Manager, but it sounds like the template you are using for that particular phone may be set up differently to what you need.
Hope this helps point you in the right direction.

I have already tried building a new template and tried adding without a template with just the MWA and key 16 info and it still fails.

What is the phone type you are building and what release is the PBX? There other patches for 3.2 besides the SU, are they installed?

i2004P2 and yes all the other stand alone peps for 3.2 are installed. PBX is on 5.5
