TM 3.2 installation issue(s)

We installed TM 3.2 on a laptop. The Apatche Tomcat service won't start. Also, when it did start, the "value" field was missing for the "search" option. Anyone know what could be going on with this? I was going to uninstall the software, clean out the registry of any reference to TM/Telephony Manager or OTM. It was an upgrade to 3.2, not a fresh install. Any help would b greatly appreciated. Thanks.
