TM 3.2 can't retreive sets from web interface 1

When I try to retrieve sets from the PBX in TM 3.2 from the web interface, I get the following message;

"Failed to Create task (at N:\om_clt\src\WebStationApps\jni\JniSchedulerManager\JniSchedulerManager.cpp)"

It still creates a task in the Sync folder, but you can't RUN it. What am I missing?

The Windows Task Scheduler is not running. Go to Administrative Tools - Services. Looks like you did not run the Security Configuration Wizard as outlined in the NTP.
