TM 3.1 ?

Where are trying to install TM client S/W the installation of the S/W works but when you try and go into the billing module it starts locking up and slowing way down is this normal form TM Client S/W or can we do anything to improve the operation?
Any thoughts or help on this would be great!!!

Sorry we don't have the billing module. Our TM works quickly, so it could have something to do with the billing module if it is that dreadfully slow. Sorry I can't offer any help on it.
