TM 3.1 windows 2003 Server SP2 - Costing Configuration Not opening

Thought I would share a problem and solution with the above mentioned product.

New install of TM 3.1 on windows 2003 server SP2.

I couldn't open Costing Configuration - to get the costing done.

That made it so that I couldn't use the Web TBS to generate reports, due to the fact that there was no Costing Configuration to run the report against.

Based upon this thread, I was able to do the following.

I found an old backup of TM 3.1 and moved the following files into the system main folder.

TCU001.MDB
TCD001.MDB
TBSGBXPCFGD.MDB
TBSGBXP.MDB
TBSGBFLTD.MDB
TBSGB.MDB
TBSCost.Lck
TBSColl.Lck
TBSCfg.MDB

After this, I still couldn't build the go to Costing/Configuration, but, the info was there, so that I could use it in the Web TBS section.
