TM 3.1 unable to retrieve stations

I have a site with TM 3.1 SU3 that is unable to retrieve stations.

We're getting an error: Failed to Create task (at W:\om_clt\src\WebStationApps\jni\JniSchedulerManag er\JniSchedulerManager.cpp).
I see there was a bulletin from Nortel PAA-2007-0114-Global but that refers to TM 3.0 and it says it is recommended to install 300888P26 patch on TM 3.0. But I don't see anything regarding TM 3.1 Has anyone else seen this error and if so, how do I fix it?

There are several issues with 3.1 besides the station retrieval.
You will be unable to change the cls "dtn" or "unr"
on analog phones in some tm 3.1
I recently installed 3.1 and had my supplier contact Nortel to get me a free upgrade to 3.2
If you search Nortels DB on 3.1 there are a few issues out there.
I would suggest bumping up to 3.2.

At this time 3.2 is no charm either. I won't even install it in my office until after at least SU1 has been issued. 3.1 P14 was created to fix the DIG and XMWK trouble I had in 3.1 but that fix was not carried over to 3.2 until SU1 which is due out late November.
The trouble I'm seeing on this 3.1 is at a customer site and they aren't going to upgrade to 3.2 until they at least get to use their 3.1.
