TM 3.0- Unable to decrypt the user keycode

Hi-

Other than not typing in the OTM Serial No. and Keycode wrong, why would I get an error "Unable to decrypt the user keycode" I am typing it in right- so what in my software install is corrupted?

I can't take TM 3.0 off- or install it. My next step is to rebuild the computer?

When you put in the keycode, make sure you are using CAPS for the letters.
