Hi,

I went to the TBS section of one of my sites to do an export, and I get it to run, but it doesn't pull any records. Now, I have not done any any billing configuration on this switch- including the configuration set up. What would cause it not to pull the names and numbers from the switch- it runs the job, it shows that no recrods are pulled.

Thanks,
jadexing

have you checked the params in tm? and rebooted it? you may also need to reload it.. that's one of the problems with an os doing your command line.. it's great unless it breaks.. to pull the data manually takes a few extra minutes.. to sort it with excel takes another step.. but it works..

Thanks for writing John. I've tried taking the software off, and then putting it back on again. When I use export and select the columns that I want, I get "invalid column name" which is funny, because they are column names given from TM. I like to use "Terminal number asset" but it still tells me invalid.

Let me know if you think of anything else, and thanks-

no, you've tried everything i would ahve tried... the loops are built in the export to box?
