Hi
In an analoge route with incoming and outgoing traffic, in case of a lot of traffic trunks are taken from both sides at a time. Is it possible changing anything in the route to avoiding this?
thanks

Hi,

You can reserve the trunk ckts. as I/C or O/G only,
by Vari / varo parameter or ROCAI: SEL=D3.

BR,

Thanks
but that isn't what the customer wants.

My suggestion is to change trunk’s
For example 10 analog line’s
Line 1,2,3 …..10
Set trunk 1-1 for line 10, 1-2 for line 9 …… 1-10 for line 1
D3 in sel set to 2 or 3
Now your user will be taken lines from line 10 to 1

Your local telecom should be set this same method to select line but from line 1 to 10 (always start from line 1)

Hi
But in the last trunk used the collission will occurr anyway

yes
but only last
if you have more conection (high trafic) the solution is change analog line to ISDN line

In some countries the carrier may be able to provide a bothway guard facility to minimise call collision. In Australia and some other countries (Denmark, Sweden) Reversal on Seizure may be used on Ringdown analogue trunks.
