tlu25&tlu27 in TSW BC13 SP8

Dear Colleagues,

Could you please, advise us regarding an upgrade from BC12 SP3 to TSW BC13 SP8:
Can boards TLU 25 and TLU 27 be used in TSW BC13 SP8 (&do they need firmware upgrade).
-If they cannot be used, which boards replace them.
We have checked Mittel/Aasra documentation, but for us is still not clear.

tlu25 and tlu27 replaced by tlu83

Both boards are listed as -
"Service and delivery stop - Support included in the Application System but not validated or tested, use at own risk."

This means that the software still supports those boards and they should still work but they were not tested as part of the release procedure as they are old boards.

It would of course be more helpful for you if someone has been down this path already and can reply. If it were me, I would retain the old boards as I have seen plenty of other sites upgraded which contained old hardware which continued to work.
