TLU20 vs TLU76

We have upgraded from BC12 to TSW SP7 and when configuring DID its doesnt work with TLU20 but when we put a TLU76 its work.

Are there any difference about configuration between TLU20 and TLU76

TLU76 you using I hope is TLU76/3?

Hi,
I understand that the TLU76 is working so it probably is a 76/3.

Are you using LBP20 as TLU20 is not compatible with this backplane.
