Hello,

Need your help on how can we test the TLU 81 card? We have an incoming call issue with one of our TSW SP7 system after the Telco Service Provider did migration on their end.

We already tried to change the card with no traffic (susip) but still have issue. We also notice sometimes if we restart the TLU 81 card, we can see some traffic coming in but only for a while. The system have 3xTLU 81 which only 1 card always busy but the other 2 cards has no traffic. Telco saying that it is our card but we already change the cards.

We also tried to restart program unit TLP12 but still the same.

Any idea how can we show to the TeLco that our TLU 81 card is okay. This issue only happens after they did migration. Any parameters need to change?[sup][/sup]

Please help.

Thank you.

this is pretty basic stuff

i am assuming the trunks are the same as they used to be in Australia (we don't have analogue DID anymore thank god)

1st test all the cards are ok -plug a butt in and test every card from MDF (if they are Decadic or DTMF)

If MFC dial in from your mobile as per below

then you have to dial in from the network and test every trunk

-once it tests ok plug it out with a disconnect plug and this will auto block it in exchange so next trunk is picked on next call

keep doing this until you have tested all trunks -if you cant get a call on a trunk try swopping A and B wires as here they are polarity conscious

if you still cant get a call in report it to carrier

thanks ceejay...we already found out that the issue is on carrier side
