TLP30 <-> mux FDC-IP

Hi,
I can't release the connection from phone (i.e. when on-hook), connected to FXS port on FDC-IP mux (by RAD). FDC-IP mux connected to MD110 through E1 (block TLP30).

I try different settings on FDC-IP:
from E1 A-bit, A-bit inverted, B-bit, B-bit inverted
to E1 A-bit, A-bit inverted, B-bit, B-bit inverted

in all combinations... No one works to release when the FXS phone on-hook.

What to do else?
