It is as cryptic as the ms windows blue screens.
Indicates a process got into a hung/unrecoverable state, so the system restarts to clear.
The Monitor trace alarm record is pretty useless on its own, as the information is nearly always too general for Avaya to diagnose anything. All you can do is leave the monitor app running and hope to capture it next time.
