Tivoli Plus for ServiceCenter with TME 3.7.1 1

Hi,
I had install SC3 & Tivoli 3.7.1 & SCPlus for Tivoli v1.2.a,
When I compile TEC 3.7.1 rule base that import scenter.baroc and scenter.rls ,
the Compiler Output appeared the follow :
ECO3112E The file "/usr/SCPlus/SC_Test_rb/TEC_RULES/tec_r.scenter.rls"
compiled with errors.

and the scenter.rls.err content is :

Jerry,
we are running SCversion 3 along with FW 3.7.1 and TEC 3.7.1 and we are able to compile the ruleset. Did you make any changes to the rules and do you have FIXPACK 1 or 2 installed for the TEC. I have had some problems in some of my rules with recent syntax tightening up of the compiler. Pay attention to comments. Had a problem using the new compiler where an existing rule (supplied by a consultant) was not really getting exercised due to a missing */. This caused the compiler to skip the rest of the rule. Only showed up when I inserted my code in the middle of what was commented out. You might want to play around with commenting out lines of code to narrow down the problem.
