Tivoli IT Director problem with blue screen on startup

Hi!

J have problem with blue screen after instalation IT Director (Small Tivoli) on NT 4.0 and Compaq (ML350T02 P1000-256 M1 HP EURO (Pentium III 1GHz FC-PGA, 256kB cache).
J have blue screen and kernel error during loading services (while NT startup)
There were similar problems with HP platform..
There was ok on Compaq ProLiant800 two years ago.

Do you know is any patch for that?
