Tivoli Inventory 4.0 Java Link Error

Have just upgraded out Tivoli framework to 3.7.1 and now installing inventory 4.0. Our platform is AIX release 4.3.3 to maint level 8.

Inventory installed OK but when trying to open inventry profile we get the following error:

Java link error

Have installed latest Java for AIX, problem may lie in that Tivoli installs its own Java and I think it sets up links to the AIX Java libraries but as yet cannot find them.

Any one any ideas?

Hi we had similair problems and went back to Java version 3.2.2. although this is on intel architecture it might help solve your problem, I wonder when someonestarts solving mine
