The ideal is that you will know how the software really works. Unfortunately (depending on your standing) these exams do rely on actually knowing the products. But the result is that you will have some good credibility once you pass them.
Other sites have tried to create brain-dumps (with no success), but what is the point in learning answers, much better to spend your time learning the product.
I hope that you'll enjoy learning the products, and joining the Tivoli fold.
