tittle problem

hope you can help me,
i have dreamweaver 3.0 and have used it to design a web site.
When i run the web site from the local drive i can see the full tittle of the site above the toolbar,the problem i have is that when i upload the site the tittle is not displayed all i get is the web site address.
advised most welcomed.

see if there is a <title> tag in the page...

Known is handfull, Unknown is worldfull
