Titles (Freezing) go away after copying.

Hello, I don't normally support Lotus 1-2-3 so I'm hoping someone can help me with a couple of issues a user is having. 1. When he freezes rows or columns, then copies, the window loses the freeze. 2. His autosave seems to be turning itself off. He has to go in after logging on and turn it back on. He is running Lotus Millenium on a Windows 2000 machine (and has been for almost a year) and both of these issues just recently started happening. Any help would be greatly appreciated. TIA
