If I have a report that is grouping by floors of a building, how can I print a blank page before each group/floor to separate them. Or better yet, instead of a blank page, make it like a title page, ie. "Data for Floor 1", "Data for Floor 2", etc.
I've already got it to do "New Page After/Not Onlastrecord" for the group footer.

If you want to stick in a title page between each group, right click the grey group section and insert a section below.

Format the first group header to have a New Page Before (conditioned with Not OnFirstRecord), and New Page After and place your group title page here.

In the second group header, you can place the information that you want to accompany the data page.

Thanks...works great. Now the problem I have is that part of my page footer is based on the details section of the group...it's pulling a formula field generated with data in details. So I'd like to suppress that formula field when it's the page footer for the title page and print when it's the footer for the actual details pages.

Place a boolean variable in your Group Header set to False.

Reset the value of the variable in your Details section to True.

Conditionally suppress your Page Footer based on the variable value being False.

Remember to start all these formulae off with WhilePrintingRecords;

All the best,

Naith
